David F. "Uncle Dave" McCulloch, 85 of Freedom, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017. He was born Sept. 16, 1931 in West Newton, son of the late William and Mary (Mattie) McCulloch. Prior to his retirement, he worked for Wyckoff Steel. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy, having served in Korean War. In his spare time, Dave was an avid outdoorsman. He was the loving husband of 50 years to the late Marie "Mary" (Casciano) McCulloch. He is survived by his son, David R. McCulloch; as well as a sister Monica...

Prior to his retirement, he worked for Wyckoff Steel. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy, having served in Korean War. In his spare time, Dave was an avid outdoorsman. He was Also preceded in death by brothers Don and James. Friends will be received Friday from 6-8pm in the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, Inc. at Sylvania Hills, 273 Rt. 68, Rochester.
